What are whole foods? What is all that stuff on the ingredient label for my favorite snack? Why does Mom say I can't have any more sugar before bed???! We'll explore these questions and more in an effort to understand why what we eat is so important! Come learn about how different foods make us feel and act differently, how our bodies absorb them differently and how they become us! We'll learn how to make our own nutritious snacks and meals without ever touching a stove! Come dive into the world of wellness and health in new and exciting ways! (ages 7-12)
