Capoeira (pronounced Ka-poh-ey-ra) is a form of Brazilian dance and martial arts. We guarantee you will enjoy this fun energetic class, and come away with some culture too! During this course you will learn kicks and acrobatic moves, improve flexibility, balance and coordination, all while learning about the rich culture, music, language and traditions of Brazil!
