Katie Kirkpatrick is a native Gainesvillian. This is her first play in over 5 years and she is very excited to be a part of BOLD. She is a partner to the love of her life Evan and a new mother of a beautiful 8 month old preemie who began at 3 pounds 4 ounces. Katie's water broke one night and Ollie'Ella Pickles almost came at 23 weeks. After spending a month on bed rest in the hospital Katie resealed and went home. At thirty weeks, contractions sent her back to the hospital and Ollie was born vaginally at 31 weeks—a healthy, tiny baby.
